Envy stands first in that list, and every item after it is a social injury: the manipulation of prices, hatred, severed relations, undercutting. The ordering is not accidental. Ḥasad is the root and the rest grows from it. A community whose members quietly resent one another's provision will produce every one of those symptoms, whether or not anyone names the cause.
The closing clause is the alternative: be servants of Allah, brothers. Two words holding the whole cure. Servants of One who apportions, which means the distribution was never yours to audit. Brothers, which means his gain is not a subtraction from you, because you were never in a transaction with him.
